aleadfreakParticipantHi,
I have installed ConvertPlug and created a Slide In. I have integrated contact form into this Slide In, set up correctly (I believe) but when the form is completed I get no notification that it has been.
I’ve tried to use ConvertPlug support but it is very slow.
If you can help it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Alex

aleadfreakParticipantHi Christian,
ConvertPlug has resolved this issue. They say that it will be addressed in a plugin update that is coming soon.
THere is one issue I still have,
There is a js error on my post pages that is stopping my Slide In from showing images.
(index):979 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

Can you take a look at this please.
Thanks

RupokMemberHi Alex,
Thanks for writing back. It’s causing by the custom script you have added under Customize> Custom > JavaScript.
Note that you should only place plain JavaScript within the Custom JS area without the script tags. Let’s take off the script tag if these are plain scripts.
Cheers!

aleadfreakParticipantHi,
I’ve removed the long javascript line that was installed but the Facebook pixel code is as per their instruction.
I’ve removed both and still the images in the social slide in do not appear and there are errors.
Thanks
Alex

RupokMemberHi Alex,
I don’t see the error now, so it’s gone I guess. However you can use the script for sure but you can’t use the Customizer to use script tag.
You can follow the threads to add the script within header or footer :
