    I am trying to connect ConvertKit to Convertplug but do not see convertkit in the addons section. I tried searching for the plugin in the plugins database and couldnt find it there either. Can you please assist?

    I’m trying to add a first name field to one of my forms in ConvertPlug. I’ve published the form and tested it many times. When the form is submitted the email address gets captured in convertkit but not the first name. Can you please help?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

    Setup is okay and working, the question is, do the ConvertKit server expect the fields you added? For example, http://kb.convertkit.com/article/adding-custom-fields-opt-form/

    The same as other providers, the field should match from your ConvertPlug and the provider’s form fields.

    You may contact ConvertPlug here https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/, and you may also your ConvertKit login credentials too. I like to check it too.

    So, you’re saying I need to create a custom field in ConvertKit called First Name even though there is already a field on the form that says first name?

    I’ve already contacted ConvertPlug but they haven’t responded yet.

    I created a custom field in ConvertKit and it worked. Still don’t understand why I need two fields that say name but it works and I guess that’s all that really matters.
