    Hi,

    I am in a bit of a panic mode. I had mailchimp working great with convert kit and somehow deleted the intergration.

    So, I have tried to set it up again, but when I enter my Mailchimp API, I get an error saying I have no lists set up, though I have multiple lists. I have a promo for my books starting tomorrow and I am in desperate need to get this up and going.

    Here is a snapshot of the error:

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind providing more details on how to reproduce this issue? I checked ConvertPlugin’s ConvertKit and it’s not yet installed. I’m not sure what ConvertKit you’re referring.

    Thank you for the link. I’ve tried those steps, but the issue is when I add the API key in ConvertPlug. When I enter it and hit ‘Authenticate’ it gives an error saying i have no lists in Mailchimp, though I have 4 lists, so I cannot move forward.

    Do you know why ConvertPlug would not recognize the lists?

    Could I ask 1 more question? Does ConvertPlug send to a group within a list if you have a list sectioned off into groups?

    I’m not sure what you mean by the last questions, but all listing is handled by MailChimp as your provider.
