    Hi, I had Convert Plug In activated then I lost it when I updated my x version. I can see it on the Addons home page (pic 1) but then when I go to add it I get the following error message and detail. Any ideas how I can resolve the issue and get it back? I’ve checked my plugins page and it doesn’t appear to be there. Many thanks.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please access your server through FTP and manually delete that same folder which should be located at (public_html/wp-content/plugins/convertplug/) . Then you can try installing the plugin again using the WordPress backend.
