    Hi there,
    I could’t edit or make new modals .. the plugin stars with the loading-bar-animation .. nothing happens than..
    The modals itself are working on the site but i coudn’t swich it off (without deactivatinh the plugin) or edit!!
    ????
    Wordpress 4.5.3
    ConvertPlug 2.3.1
    X 4.6.1

    Plaese HELP!

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes, In case that does not work please provide your URL and WP credentials in a private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Hi there, unfortunately it doesnt help ..
    still the same issue .. loading bar .. nothing happens

    Hi there,

    It seems you are having conflict with another plugin maybe. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Strange behavior:
    i have swiched all plugins off than again on ..
    ConvertPlug seems to work again??

    Hi There,

    Please try to deactive 1 by 1 to determine which plugin is not working well except cornerstone.

    You can check also the plugin version compatible with x theme.
