    Hi,

    Hope you can help, I would like to register the bundled Convert Plugin and it is asking for registration.. I thought this was automatic?

    Need to update it.. have tried my x license number and it rejects it and I cannot find it anywhere else?

    Please advice.

    Hi There,

    It is unnecessary to register Convertplug.

    The version that comes bundled with X is a full version.

    If it is asking you to register simply ignore the message.

    You will be able to update ConvertPlug to the latest version that have been tested with X by our development theme.

    UPDATED: ConvertPlug v2.2.0

    Please let us know if you are facing any issues.

    Hi There,

    Please update your X Theme to the latest version and you will be able to perform all updates including ConverPlug.

    You are also using a Child Theme, so when updating please have a look at this topic:

    https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/

    Hi Rahul,

    OK so slight issue.. how do I connect GetResponse to the Convert Plugin and also add the first name field?

    I have tried to search for this myself but cannot find the solution.

    Thanks Joao, but I have already been there and the link to the plugin download add on is dead.. I have also tried searching directly within the plugin area of WP but to no avail.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Maybe it’s now included as premium feature of ConvertPlug thus not available publicly. Unfortunately this is managed by Brainstorm force and we don’t have any other alternative for this.

    and it is asking me for a purchase key that I obviously don’t have as it was bundled..

    Please advice how to contact Brainforce directly without this / fix the problem.
