Hello I noticed the pop ups I made with convert plug are blurry when you click them.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have inserted a PHP code in the custom JS section. Please edit your page using Cornerstone, go to the settings tab, Settings > Custom JS and remove the following custom js code

Still blurry I removed the entire J/S code because I don’t need it.

Hello There,

The contents of the iframe is all blurry. This is not because of convertplug. One thing I noticed it that if you put a text after the iframe, it will not be blurry. Please check out my screenshots:

I would suggest that you place a short description after your iframe so that it will not be blurry.

it worked on the mortgage calculator but not the other ones?

Thank you for the credentials.
Please adjust Modal Width of other popups on Advance Design Options > Modal Width: Currently it is set to 775. See attached. The moment I adjust it 980px, it becomes clear.

Actually I did do that, and it didn’t change it. I also tried to changing the width inside of the html of the convert plug and through advanced settings but it still blurry

Another support here, but the issue is confusing to me. It’s not blurred on my end other than grey text colors. Would you mind providing the screenshot again?

yes i did do that for the “mortgage payoff” but it makes no difference. I left the other too just to see if not doing anything to the iframe size would change but it doesn’t
