    Hi,

    I try make
    model not live
    pause model pop up
    delete model pop up
    inactive plugin
    delete plugin

    The pop up still popping up

    Please help as we no longer running the promotion showing up in the pop up.

    Hi,

    Thank you for providing your login credentials.

    Upon checking, I can see the page being shown is not updated and it is pulling from cache.

    Please note that you need to clear your plugin cache first before removing the plugin or else the cache will still be there.

    Try to install it back then clear the cache.

    as i am using godaddy wordpress hosting

    Wp fastest cache is disable (unable to install)

    But there is a clear cache function in the wordpress dashboard by Godaddy

    After clearing cache, still popping up.

    Godaddy cahce is different from wp fastest cache.

    I went ahead and remove it manually.
