    Hello!

    I’m trying to import/use the templates in the Convert Plug pluging, but nothing happens!!

    Can you help me?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Felipe,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    There’s a known conflict between Convertplug and Superfly. It was already reported to our developer for investigation. The issue is then found out to be coming from Convertplug. The plugin developer is already on board on this issue. For the mean time you may disable Superfly while editing Convertplug. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you for understanding.

    I’ll disable the Superfly, as i’m not using it, for now.
