Hi,

I have a slight issue with Convert Plug. I created a Slide In and even though I set the initial appearance to “open”. The Slide In always opens in the minimized state. It must be something simple, but I cannot figure it out. I went to the Convert Plug Support group, but they want a license #. Do you have the license number?

Hi,

I’m confused. Did Joao take at look at this? I see Prasant is telling me I’m most welcome, but I didn’t any change with Slide-in’s opening. It is still opening in the mimed state.

Hi there,

Would you mind providing a video recording? It seems to be working okay, the slide in appears when you scroll and it’s because of After User Scrolls setting. If you wish it to open or slide in upon load, then you should change it to After Few Seconds. I went ahead and changed it and it works.

And if you’ll going to change something on your site, make sure to clear its cache before testing 🙂

The change that I added took a while to take effect due to caches.

I don’t know what did but it is working now. I changed back to After User Scrolls and it still works, so thank you.
