    Hello,

    I think it has to do with the fact that I previously installed and un-installed ConvertPlug because I thought I was going to use another plugin for that feature but then when I realized the other plugin sucks I came back to try to reinstall ConvertPlug from the X Add Ons menu and it says “Error Encountered” then “Destination Folder already exists”

    Can you help me with this?

    Site is soulcraft.wpengine.com and everything is up to date.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please access your server through FTP and manually delete convertplug folder which should be located at (public_html/wp-content/plugins/convertplug/) . Then you can try installing the plugin again using the WordPress backend.
