    Was hoping you could give me any advice on this.

    My client says she is using Google web browser. Not Chrome but google. She is more computer illiterate than me which is pretty bad. I don’t even think there is such thing as a google web browser at least google search didn’t show it.

    Anyways she sent me a picture of her screen and sure enough there is no Close link. She can’t use my site because she can’t get rid of the popup.

    Do you have any solutions or recommendations?

    Maybe you could look at it and let me know how I can approach this?

    Thanks for writing in.

    Yeah, there is no google web browser. I checked on google chrome and other browser and the close image is perfectly displaying.

    Is there a way we can get the full information of her browser? Please let her visit this http://supportally.com/ and request a screenshot of what she’ll get.
