Hello people, I’m just working on a site and I’ve added Convert Plug which does everything I want it to do other than the fact it seems to break a whole lot of other important things in the back-end! I can’t browse the plugin directory, I can’t install plugins, I can’t edit menus in the Customizer and I can’t even view files the Media Library to name but a few problems.
I’ve been disabling and enabling plugins and I’ve worked out it’s definitely Convert Plug as everything works fine once that’s disabled.
Any ideas please? Thanks so much in advance!
Sorry, one more thing. Here is an example of the error I get:

Hi there,
Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current convertplug directory that is in there. Then login to your admin section and reinstall the plugin.

Hello There,
The issue could be because there was a connection timeout or corrupted files during your first plugin installation. That is why as soon as you re installed the plugin the issue were gone.
