Free The NumbumParticipantHi,
I’m having trouble with a few third party plugins. I was able to activate the convert plug plugin but it won’t load the content properly. Ubermenu will not let me install the plugin at all. Wondering if you can help?
Thanks

LelyModeratorHi Nathan,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have confirmed there’s is a bug between superfly and Convertplug and already forwarded to our developers for further investigation. In the mean time, you can disable superfly while editing Convertplug. Again, we’re sorry the for the inconvenience. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you.
Regarding Ubermenu, it is now installed on your site when I checked.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.45 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

Free The NumbumParticipantHi,
I called my host provider and they were able to update and verify everything except the MySQL 5.6.
The plugin is still reading the same message when I try to install. The thing that I don’t understand is that I was able to load ubermenu on another domain that is linked with the exact same host server.

RadModeratorHi there,
That message is not from WordPress, nor a system error message. It could be from other plugins that deal with login and sessions. Would you mind deactivating your membership plugin and social connect related plugins?
Thanks!

Let us know how it goes.
