Karla PParticipantHi,
After updating X-Theme to the latest version, the layout of the pages gets out of whack on tablet or when a desktop window is resized. Screenshot attached for http://www.exds.com.au/training-you/12d-model-online-training/
Can you tell me how to fix this so it behaves properly?
Regards, Karla

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
I did investigate with the mentioned page. All I see is a two column content band. The left side contains some text and the right is with the image. You must understand that the width of the image is dependent on the column width. As soon as the width goes narrower, the image will begin to shrink. The left side on the other hand will have more height because of the text it contains.
Hope this helps.

Karla PParticipantHi,
It’s not the image size that concerns me, but that the text in the left column is pushing down. This did not happen before the update… the pages would scale but stay in proportion.

Karla PParticipantFurther info: we used to use WP Super Cache, but it was deactivated some time ago, long before the update.

LelyModeratorHello karla,
The only space I am seeing right now is Gap element below the main image. See attached screenshots.
Can you try clearing your browser cache too or use incognito mode.September 5, 2016 at 12:54 am #1161198
Karla PParticipantHi,
It’s now behaving the same as that for me, but I haven’t done anything — not even cleared my cache. Also the same on tablet. Any idea why?September 5, 2016 at 1:04 am #1161205
ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I can’t replicate the issue on y end, please see the attachment.
I guess it was caching issue.Thanks.
