Good afternoon Themeco Community,

I have a few questions.

1. When i enable Content Dock on my home page, it is showing reCAPTCHA, but in other pages it does not show.

Shows: https://www.econet.ee/
Not Showing: https://www.econet.ee/blogi/ruckus/

2. And is there any way i can make Contect Dock to be automatically minimazed. And if some1 is interested of contacting us the Content Dock can be Restored to normal size.
Example 1 in attachment “Untitled-1.jpg”.
Example 2 in attachment “Untitled-2.jpg”.

Thanks for posting in.

No problem, though I like to check your setup first. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hi there,

This one is really weird, the code is exactly the same on another page where it’s working. There is no error at all, but adding the same form on same page makes it works.

I’ll keep on checking, for the meantime, please add the same form on that page and hide it.

And ofcourse i havent mentioned Content Dock is not showen in this page: https://www.econet.ee/blogi/

a] To resolve the issue about the Content dock not displaying in the blog index, please check out this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/content-dock-not-appearing-on-blog-page/#post-170000

b] Regarding the captcha, please check out this link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recaptcha-not-showing-up-every-time-on-the-forms/
And if still nothing works, I would recommend reaching out to the creators of the Contact Form 7. I will also report this to our developers for further investigation.

c] The content dock is designed to display an incredibly simple and effective tool that allows you to place content or marketing offers in an elegant, non-intrusive manner. Regretfully there is no option that you can toggle the content dock. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
