jsguzmanbParticipantHi
I did some cleanup in my site (mainly deleting plugins I didn´t use (Envira)), and now Content Dock isn´t working. It appears but empty, even so I have setup the mail form and the widget
I left it only in one page so yould see the error. I installed in the meantime another popup plugin, but I would like to go back to Content Dock
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the latest versions of WordPress, X and Cornerstone installed
Thx!

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
Can’t find what causes this through admin. The source code is completely blank. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
Thanks!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
There was no widget added to content dock, I went ahead and added email widget but didn’t work.
Please clear cache on plugin and site. then check it again.
Thanks.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Would you mind doing a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
