Hi

I love the X theme but I still prefer to use the visual composer and therefore use the old X shortcodes that now are apparently part of cornerstone. I’ve got the cornerstone plugin and so far the shortcodes have worked fine but I just tried to use the content band with background image shortcode:

But using my own image obviously and the image does not appear?

Does this no longer work as a shortcode?

I really don’t want to start using cornerstone. I appreciate for the “code lovers” out there, its probably great but for me, I love using just simple short codes to get the job done.

Is the code different.. ? Can I get a background image content band ?

If you go to the bottom of the page, you will see the last entry, which asks for the BG image but nothing is there. Please let me know how i can do this

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your code, I see <img> tag in the bg_image attribute. Please remove the <img> tag from bg_image and just input the image path to fix the issue.
