    Hi,
    I just updated the theme for our site manually. The last theme update I did was a few months ago (I’ve just now set to auto update from here forward). I updated plug ins, too. Contact Form 7 is up to date.

    I then tested the short and long contact forms and both worked from desktop, but neither is received from mobile. The confirmation message did appear after submitting the mobile form.

    The site is www [dot] mypmllc [dot] com

    Hopefully, there’s an easy fix!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    I have tested your Contact Form on my Android Phone and it is working fine, you might have received a test email.

    Your test was received – thanks!

    I sent a test again from my iPhone and still not received after about 15 mins. The desktop site forms are received within 1 minute.

    Can you get someone on your end to test with an iPhone?

    Sadly, it was not received. Thanks for sending a try. Do we need to add some code for a fix?

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately we can’t control the plugin functionality. I am not sure why this is happening but certainly it’s weird and doesn’t make any sense to me. Only the plugin developer might investigate this better as they are aware of their code. Let’s reach to Contact Form 7 support. I don’t think this is related with X or any theme. You can try activating a default theme to make sure.

    My apologies! I just learned that we did after all receive that test. So, we can hold off on getting in touch with folks at Contact Form 7.
