The contact button in the menu plus the “Contact us about our services” button (half way down the page) should both send the user down to the footer upon click.
Everything was working fine in the dev environment (WPEngine install), then I took the site live and did a full search and replace of the database. I don’t think I did anything else, but the buttons have stopped working.
This site is a replica of their sister company’s site, where the contact system works perfectly: http://gkstrategy.com/
Please help me get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately, the guy who implemented the code on GKStrategy no longer works with me, so I’m unable to fix it myself.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
You’re right! It’s the Excited Testimonials plugin. I’m not even using the plugin now, on this site—hence deactivating it—but when it’s deactivated, it breaks the contact buttons. Any idea how to resolve?
