    It’s asking for my purchase code in order to update. What should I do? (I got ConvertPlug through X-Theme.) See screenshots. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It seems to be okay on my installation. Please try deleting the Connect Mailchimp Addon at Admin > Plugins. Then re-install it again under ConvertPlug Addons section.

    (oops, I almost missed this because I forgot to subscribe to the thread)

    Thanks for your reply. It was strange, because I couldn’t even delete it from the admin dashboard. I would select delete and apply, but nothing happened. I eventually deleted it through FTP, then re-installed it. I was surprised to see that my settings for it had remained. I hope that doesn’t mean it won’t work properly. (?)
