Debora GParticipantHi there,
I get a WordPress fail-message when I try to upload a newly purchased X.
There might be a conflict with the fact that there already was an X-theme and a Child theme.
The case is this:
I want to use a domain to develop a new X-site. I already used this domain to create a X-site that has now gone live on a different URL. I migrated, with your help the license, to this live domain.I tell you the steps I took.
I first tried just to add the new license key. That didn’t work.
Then I tried to upload the new X-zip file. Then I got the WordPress failure message.
Then I deleted X, using FTP and tried to upload the new X-zip file. I got the failure message again. The X-child is still on the site, since I want to use this design-settings again.
I hope you can help me with this issue.
Thanks,
Debora

ChristianModeratorHey Debora,
Please download X here https://community.theme.co/dashboard/, extract it then upload in your theme’s folder via FTP. After that you can activate your child theme and activate your license.
Thanks.
