Greetings X Gurus,

If I wanted to set up a fairly complex [or barely complex] page to filter a large [thousands of posts] resource library, which stack would you recommend?

The following link from a computer store is the similar functionality we would like to reproduce. Note the many dozens of ‘filters’ available. You could substitute a Used Car site or any large shopping site, but we do NOT want to run it through a ‘store’ if possible because we would never be ‘selling’ any of the research.

Our purpose is to assemble research papers by the thousands, but have ‘ordinary’ people be able to filter them down with a few sidebar clicks to just the very few that fit their criteria. Once found, the user will be able to read the selected article, and then email it off to ‘friends’ [or enemies].

X does not have faceted search functionality like your sample site. Stacks are differ in styles and style options only but overall functionality is the same. You will need a plugin like https://facetwp.com/. Please take note though that we do not have support for third party plugins.
