Hi!
Working on this new site for a client with Xtheme and Slider Rev.
We have Problems with the Videoplayer on OSX and on Windows.
The Playerbuttons are not usable u cant click it? U cant skip the timeline play/pause not working?

It happend on OSX Firefox and on Windows 7-10 Firefox.
Additional Problems on Android with Firefox.

Any Idea how to fix this problem? Please look at the Attachment here u find screenshot
from the Player in Firefox.

Hi there,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Let us know how it goes after updating.

Ok. I did. Same Problem nothing changed. Navigation from Video is not working in FF OSX and Win.
Working on the latest FF Version 47.0.

Versions: WP: 4.5.2, Xtheme: 4.5.2, Silder Revolution.

I checked your site in FF in windows 7 and wasn’t able to replicate the issue, see the attachment.

Please clear cache on your browser and check the page again.

hey.
iam working on OSX. FF 47.0. i cleared my cashe a lot of times. it is not a cahse problem i think.
it also happend on android in FF. u cant darg & drop the timeline its not possible to skip. only play/pause and mute buttons are working…

any ideas? this seems like a bug to me or what u think?

ps. i have the problems on diffetent maschines. macbook pro OSX, Mac Pro OSX and also on Imac OSX at Office everywhere the same behavior in Firefox 47.0.

sorry for the late reply was in holidays…
we still have the prbolem with OSX and FF 47.0.
My Client says he also have Problems with Win and FF.

We cant use the Video Navigation. Still not possible to drag & drop the timeline, mute or pause. It is for sure not a cashe probleme….

Hey there,

Player controls except the timeline works on my end (Windows 10 and FF). See https://cloudup.com/c5CHUTA_LqG in Firefox. Please disable all third party plugins then check again. If that doesn’t help, please keep them disabled while we investigate.

hey!
thanks for answer. u can see in your video exatly the same problem what me and my client have.
u can use play/pause and mute and unmute thats working fine.
but u cant skip the video via the timeline. if u drag and drop inside the timeline to skip the video
nothing happend… it is not possible to skip (just a few seconds from video via the timeline)
in your video u see it at the end at 1:08min. u try to click but nothing happend. this is the problem “skip” doesnt work.

i dont have third party plugins it a clean FF version. iam on osx. my client has exatly the same problem on windows.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hello There,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I can confirm that you have possible skip with the timeline. This could be a bug in the html5 video in the Slider Revolution. We will be reporting this to the creators of the plugin. For the meantime, I would recommend that you upload your video in a 3rd party video hosting site like Youtube or Vimeo for better performance.
