I’ve enabled comments in the “discussion” section as well as on individual blog posts, even so, the comments box won’t show up. How do I fix this?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for the credentials, to show the comment section on your posts. Navigate to Settings > Discussion, disable the Automatically close comments on articles older than 1 day option.
Then edit each of your posts and enable the Allow comments. Saw some of your posts that this option is disable.
Then clear your caching plugin and browser’s cache.
#1 I did check that banner both on Chrome and Firefox but I don’t see the difference.
Try clearing your caching plugin and browser’s cache.
#2 Please update your X|Theme to the latest version (5.6.1) to make sure that this is not a compatibility issue.

1.) Cornerstone derive excerpts work on simple paragraph. Since you do have br or new lines on those text it doesn’t work for that. Please try to use manual excerpt instead. Excerpts work on others because they are straightforward paragraphs without breaks or new lines.
2.) I can see that this is fullwidth already. Please confirm. If you’re seeing different, please try to clear browser cache. See attached screenshot.
