willandeyParticipantHello,
Just updated X Version 4.5.2, and updated woocommerce as well.
I set my shop with four column, but the shop shows only two column.
Same thing for the Cross Sell Columns and Related Product Columns, I set for four but shows only tow column, see screenshot or (http://www.deboraconti.com/shop/)Thank you in advance for your answer.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I’m not able to replicate this on my local installation.
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

willandeyParticipantThank you for your answer.
Your message did not help a lot, but help to see the problem from a different point of view.
I solve the problem any way. Tried to deactivate all the plugin, but did not work, then I tried to cancel the file woocommerce under the X template file (wp-content -> x -> woocommerce) and re-upload it from the new version of the theme… and it works.Than you again,

Darcy PParticipantHi William, when you say “Cancel”, do you mean delete? And what exactly did you delete and re-upload – a single file or the entire Woocommerce plugin?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Yes he deleted the plugin folder via FTP and re-installed.
If you are facing a similar issue you could try his solution.
If you need help please provide your URL and the URL of the buggy page.
Thanks
