Harpreet KParticipantHi,
I seem to have random code appearing next to the first link on my blog page which never used to be there.
I’m running WordPress 4.7.1, using X Theme and the site has been put together using cornerstone. Everything is up to date.
Site is;
http://www.thatthingyoupluck.com/blog
I also get an error message when I edit in Cornerstone saying that ‘the page is taking too long to load, which could be due to conflicting plugins.’
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Harpreet

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks for understanding!

Harpreet KParticipantI’ve tried that and still no difference. Was working fine yesterday and this morning and I’ve made no changes to the page today.

Harpreet KParticipantThe error message when loading a page in the ‘edit with cornerstone’ has disappeared but the random code still appears on the blog page.
Also the pages seem to take a little while to load.
