Hi there X Forum,

Ive been reading through these forum posts to try and answer my own question but I am still a bit unclear on everything. Please bear with me if this is a duplicate or repetitive question for you guys. I’m really in need of quick assistance.

So, I’d like to create our site with visual composer since I am so familiar with it and I’m going to need to use some demo content since I have a quick deadline. For demo content, I’d like to use either the “Agency” expanded, or “Integrity 1” standard to lay some groundwork for the site. I imported Agency and it is not working for me with VC. Can I use either of these demos, or any demo content with visual composer?

If it can not be used for whatever reason, then do you have any VC demo content available for this theme (preferable expanded but standard will do also).

I also have some content from our previous site that we’d like to use, mainly to save time. To do this, I’d need to use some extensions from “Tekanewa scripts composium visual composer extensions” http://tekanewascripts.info/vcextensions

Will I run into any trouble importing this pack and activating a few of these extensions?
I do have our old VC license that I can transfer over, would that help this situation?

Finally, ca cornerstone and VC both be used? (I’m assuming not, right?). Should I deactivate cornerstone if we get the demo content and everything else figured out? Is there any other benefits to your theme that I am going to be missing out on by not using cornerstone?

Thanks for writing in.

Demo contents for visual composer are long been gone (version 2- 3 I think). All demo import are only applicable for a cornerstone, if you like to copy a demo then you’ll have to re-do the content in the visual composer.

Activating extensions should be okay as long as you only use them within visual composer. But unfortunately, there is no demo content available for the visual composer.

Cornerstone and visual composer aren’t cross compatible. They can’t be used at the same time on the same page, but you can use them on your site, just as long as you use each builder for each page only. Incompatibility is only related to the content, other parts of demo content should work with the visual composer.
