    Hi –

    We have a fresh WordPress installed and loaded the X-theme. We need to load the Church demo and get an error “Sorry, failed to finish importing”. Band theme imports fine but we need Church.

    Our hosting is with WP Engine – speed and config is not an issue. We have 4 other X-theme installs that are using Church theme working fine on the same hosting with identical config – we installed them 2 months ago.

    Please help. We can provide login credentials for you guys to take a look.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Since one of the expanded demo is importing fine so it might be caused by intermittent connection. Kindly try again with clearing cache with &clean-cache – https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/#troubleshooting

    Some demos are a bit heavy since they have lot of assets included so need consistent connection and timeout should be a bit greater.
