    Hello

    We are having problems trying to get the demo content to install.

    What I have tried so far is:

    Upping the php.ini memory limit (now currently at 512MB)
    Making sure the folders in the wp-content/uploads have correct permissions
    Adding admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cache to the end of the admin url

    But it still fails. We have tried it on different internet connections also, with no success.

    What else can we do?

    Hi there,

    I got following error :

    URL error 28: Operation timed out after 4924 milliseconds

    Looks like hosting’s cURL is compiled with 4-5 seconds timeout. You may try to contact your hosting provider to increase the timeout. Other possible reason is that there is a security or firewall that blocks your site from connecting to our servers. Please contact them and whitelist these IPs 54.231.82.114 and 208.117.43.145 too.
