mDanParticipantHey guys,
I’m having a little trouble getting the church extended demo to work. I imported it within the X section in wordpress but the menu looks strange and the slider did not import. I made sure that the Slider Revolution plugin is active before importing the demo content still I get “Slider with alias church-home not found”. Can you please have a look on it?
Cheers

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Please try importing the demo again. But before that, deactivate UberMenu. Our demos don’t use UberMenu so you need to disable it first to see the menu in our demo.
Thanks.

mDanParticipantDone, looks better now, but the submenu still doesn’t work, the logo doesnt seem to work and the slider doesn’t work as well 🙁
Logo and menu shouldn’t be a problem, but I’d like to have the slider template as a starting point… do you have the template as a seperate zip or so?

ChristianModeratorHey there,
The slider import issue might be due to some server limitation (most probably upload size and timeout limit) in your web host. Please contact your web host regarding this problem. Ask them to give you server error logs and give them to us so we could check.
The sub-menu issue is due to a configuration error in the Church demo import which doesn’t have menu levels (see attachment). I’ve fixed this for you.
Thanks.

mDanParticipantThanks Christian,
Timeout is 180s and the upload size is 32M… strange. Can I download the slider preset somewhere to upload it directly?
