    Hi there,

    I just started working on a site and can’t seem to get the child theme to work. When looking at the live preview it’s all messed up (see screen shot). I’m using the Ethos stack and uploaded the Ethos child theme.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear that you are having issue. First clear your browser’s cache and check again. Make sure to download the latest version of Child Theme from here – https://community.theme.co/child-theme/

    If you still face any issue; would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
