    Hello,

    I found some outdated files for x child theme which I guess is not updated since long. Below is the screenshot for the same.

    Hey there,

    X does not have outdated WooCommerce templates and the child theme does not override it out of the box. It looks like you made modifications to the templates in the past and forgot to update them. Please check. To quickly check, remove all WooCommerce templates in the child theme.

    Hello,

    The site is installed fresh and the only theme uploaded is X theme. As soon as I added X theme, I uploaded X child theme and then installed woocommerce plugin. Please help me in rectifying this error.

    Please ensure you’re using the latest version of X. See https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. If you do, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP.

    I see your using the beta version of WooCommerce. Please uninstall it then install via Plugins > Add New or install from the WordPress repository.

    Thank you so much for the help. Issue resolved by installing fresh woocommerce plugin.

    I installed woocommerce plugin from X-Addons page where bottom of the page under “Approved plugins” woocommerce was listed. Please do rectify the woocommerce link to latest version of the plugin instead of beta in the future theme update for X. People may face compatibility issues those who install woocommerce plugin from X-Addons page.
