    Hi There,

    I’ve been searching through the forum and knowledge base and haven’t found what I’m sure is a simple answer. Just jumping back into web builds again so brain needs to regear – and this time have decided to use Child Themes. I’ve uploaded/installed/activated in wordpress – but now I am wondering where do I go to copy the new code in? It’s not customiser is it?

    Q: Where do I go in the wordpress menu to work with child themes?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You can access your child theme files via Appearance > Editor. However we do not recommended that because if you mess in there you wont be able to access your dashboard anymore unless you correct the error via FTP. So we recommend you access your child theme files under wp-content/themes/x-child and edit it with a text editor application (e.g. notepad++, sublime, etc.)
