BasstimgParticipantHi I recently purchased a copy of X theme and after initially struggling to work with it i finally realise that for me to create a website i am happy with i need to customise elements within cornerstone. My question is do i require a child theme to do this. An example of the kind of css i am putting in is to change transparency, size and colours on tabs, buttons etc
Any advce appreciated.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
In this case you don’t have to install child theme, you can put your custom CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS.
Regards!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! As you create your site and add the things you want to have for your website, we always recommend to have a child theme so that you will be always flexible to add more and more features, functions and other things. Since you are using Cornerstone in building your pages, please edit your page back in Cornerstone and insert your custom css in the settings tab, Settings > Custom CSS.
To assist you with your custom changes in the tabs section, we’ll first need you to provide us with your URL. This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
Please let us know how it goes.
