Jennifer WParticipantAfter I installed Woo, the checkout page is blank. Is there an X template to build one or a plug in you can recommend? http://www.figurativewriting.com
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorHey Jennifer,
Checkout should work out of the box. It sounds like you have not configured WooCommerce correctly. Did you install WooCommerce pages? If not, you will need to configure them manually. See https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/ for details.
Thanks.

Jennifer WParticipantThanks Christian. I have one more question for you. On this page, http://wp.me/P7wzw7-4B I used the about template, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of the numbers and the icons. When I delete it in Cornerstone, it still shows up.
Thanks!September 17, 2016 at 2:22 am #1179144

RadModeratorHi Jennifer,
It’s only doable through FTP, permission issue is mostly hosting related. Please provide your FTP login credentials in private reply and I’ll check what’s the issue on that directory.
About the icon, they are still there. Under block grid and
<h4>title.<h4 style="margin: 0 0 0.15em; line-height: 1.3; text-transform: uppercase; font-size: 1.15em; letter-spacing: 0.15em; color: #fff;">01 [x_icon type="check" style="opacity: 0.5;"]</h4>Should I remove them?
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I managed to remove the number and the icon. The warning from WooCommerce System Status were not resolve because I wasn’t able to log in to your ftp. Please supply the ftp hostname. You seems to forgot to include it.
Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have logged in to your ftp but I could not find the folder. I would recommend that you ask further assistance from your hosting provider so that they can easily resolve the issue with WooCommerce System Status. Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
Thank you.

Jennifer WParticipantThemeCo is my host. Are you talking about where I have the domain registered?
September 19, 2016 at 2:55 am #1180990
RadModeratorHi Jennifer,
I went ahead and added the folder /wc-logs/. Though, it’s really the issue. The issue is you’re trying to enable load your checkout page in HTTPS but it’s not yet supported. You’ll have to enable your site’s HTTPS by clicking (Choose URL) beside your domain on our hosting panel. It may take a moment to take effect.
Thanks!

Jennifer WParticipantThanks! Which one should I choose? The one that has www or not?

RadModeratorHi Jennifer,
It’s up to you, but with www looks appealing 🙂
Cheers!
