    Hello There,

Thank you for the clarifications! This character may have come from Yoast SEO plugin or some other customization in your site. This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thank you.

    Hello There,

Thank you providing the information. It turns out that in the settings of Yoast SEO plugin, there is an excess % character. I already removed it to save time. You can just check it here for reference (http://prntscr.com/crz7ok). As point of reference, you can check this in SEO > Titles &amp Metas > Post Types.

I have removed it already and cleared the caching plugin. This issue should be resolve now.

If you need anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Best Regards.
