    I was wondering how I can change the static text that automatically shows above my posts. For instance, on my “blog” category posts it reads “Category Archives”. Posts made to another category have the words “The Blog” automatically at the top of the page. How do I either get rid of those or edit them?

    My web site is http://www.aatmcentral.com. And I am running version 4.6.0 of X theme.

    Thanks

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer:

    h1.h-landmark {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Thanks.

    Ok. My web site is http://www.aatmcentral.com. I see the note on how to remove the text. Can you also help me in finding out how to change the text to something else?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! The static text that you have mentioned is the landmark heading text. You can change it in the following areas.

    1] For the “The Blog” title, you can change this in your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Renew > Blog Options.

    2] For the “Category Archives” text, this is a default text on all of the categories. You need to edit each of the categories and insert a category archive title. Please see this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bwdaot
    You can also do the same for the “Tag Archives”

    Hope this helps.
