    Dear,

    I have installed X-theme. But I already had a DISQUS plugin. Things still seem to work, except the links that go directly to the comment section.

    I see X comes with it’s proper DISQUS plugin (X-Disqus). I want to change my old disqus plugin to the new one, maybe it will solve the broken link problem, but I’m extremely worried this might mess up the comments somehow.

    Can you guarantee this won’t affect the existing comments? Also what is the correct procedure to do so?

    1. Disable the old plugin
    2. Enable the new plugin
    3. Link the new plugin to our shortname

    Please test in a dev or staging server. We could not say if this will break something as we have no idea what your previous plugin was and we haven’t tested any procedure regarding this so we’re sorry but this falls outside the scope of our support.
