perisoyluParticipantHi there,
we are having problems adjusting the box options by using customize settings. It actually does not matter what we enter as a color the box stays the same as in the demo version (red box and red boarder). We already tried to deactivate plugins as we have found a thread that recommended that, but nothing has changed. We would like to be able to adjust color, font and shape using customize. Help is really appreciated!
Thanks a lot

RupokMemberHi there,
We need to check your URL first. It would be better if we could check from the backend as well. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Although I wasn’t able to replicate this on my local installation but I can see it’s happening on your site.
Please export current customizer settings under X addons page, next reset customizer settings and check if it solves the issue.
If it doesn’t help, connect to FTP and add following lines in wp-config.php file :define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );Hope it helps.

perisoyluParticipantHi!
Thanks for your reply. I tried out both options, unfortunately both did not help with the issue. Do I have to add the lines to a specific place within the wp-config.php file?Is there something else I can do?
Thank you!

RupokMemberHi there,
Maybe we didn’t get you properly. Are you referring this section? – http://prntscr.com/cvfhs5
If you are referring the text color of this area then you need to set your color there for this element or change the body font color from Customize > Typography – http://prntscr.com/cvfiin since it’s inheriting the body font color.
If you are referring the button or any other section then provide the exact URL and point us that.
Cheers!

perisoyluParticipantHi,
Thanks for your reply and sorry for the confusion.
I am referring to the button which is red by default in the version of the theme I am using. I have already adjusted color, font and style in customize, however, the button is still red and displaying all of its default settings. How can I change that? I am not sure I can supply a url, except for the one leading you to my website: http://www.happycoollove.de – you have already made a screenshot (the first screenshot in your last email) with the button in question.Thank you!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for clarifying. I have tried on your site and it seems working fine – http://prntscr.com/cvii73
Let’s try changing them from Customzie > Cornerstone.
Cheers!

perisoyluParticipantHi,
that’s what I tried in the first place before writing you, however, when I did try and I tried it again just now the function is not responding. The button just stays the same color, no matter what I do to change the color when using the option customize – cornerstone – buttons.October 27, 2016 at 7:28 pm #1233965
FriechModeratorHi There,
Please do not confuse the Customizer > Buttons panel and the Customizer > Cornerstone panel.
So the problem is the color you set on Customizer > Buttons does not work, because it is overwritten by the color you set on Customizer > Cornerstone. That Cornerstone panel should not be there in the first place since you’re using X|Theme.
The real issue is you did not upload/install the X|Theme properly, it looks like you upload the whole x_package.zip, you should extract that first and upload only the x.zip file.
To resolve the issue, please login to your server via FTP. Navigate to this directory \wp-content\themes\x_package, moved the x folder directly on the themes folder (\wp-content\themes\). Then delete the x_package folder to avoid any conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

perisoyluParticipantHi,
thank you for the advice. I did move the x folder into wp-content themes and removed the x_package. Now, if I log on to the backend I am asked to validate cornerstone and when I enter my themco license number I get the following reply with my envato purchase code (see attachment). What do I do about this?Thank you.
October 31, 2016 at 4:25 am #1237585
perisoyluParticipantOk, now I activated the theme again and it does not tell me to validate the license anymore…

perisoyluParticipantThank you, the button issues seems to be resolved 😀
