ruiParticipantHello,
I created a custom post type, and I successfully made it to use the template-blank-5.php as a model, so I could use cornerstone with it.
so far so good, but now I wanted to change the background per page, and I noticed that X setings wasn’t working. Can you please tell me how I could work around that problem ?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You might have changed the layout as a blank template but it’s still not a page rather Custom Post. So page settings should not take effect there. You can try setting the background with custom CSS. Let’s provide your URL of a custom post so that we can tailor the code for you.
Cheers!

ruiParticipantI know how to put custom an image custom CSS, but I was hoping to use a dynamic solution, like the X-settings provide, because my client isn’t really tech savy.
I’ve setup ACF fields for the different part of my page (using shortcodes and “Insert PHP” plugin to work around the problem ACF shortcodes being text-only).
I’ve added a image field that i would like to use as background image. Now I know this is out of scope, but could please tell me if the concept could work? I’ll make my own research for implementation, if you think it should work and you give basic direction(and I’ll happily share the result with the community).
Here’s a page example : http://vp.chronos.media/book/you/

ChristianModeratorTechnically, that is possible. Regretfully though, that is outside the scope of our support as it is quite involved.
Thank you for understanding.
