It’s database access. Please provide your FTP login credentials or CPanel credentials. If you’re not sure about it, you may contact your hosting provider.

Upon checking your server environment, I see that you’re running PHP v5.4.45 on your server. Could you please ask your hosting provider to update your PHP version to at least v5.6 or above as WordPress recommends it.
