kevinvanlooyParticipantHi All,
New to cornerstone and xtheme so be gentle ๐
I’ve been pulling my hair out on this one.I installed the demo data for the restaurant advanced demo,
If i change anything on the menu, changes are not reflected after save, this is only the case
for raw content fields. but even if I remove some fields they still show up somewhere on the page.
And strangest part it still shows the old lorem ipsum data.I do not see errors and save succeeds according the message.
Installed Version 4.6.2
Cornerstone Version 1.3.2see screenshot 1 from cornerstone, and the other from the actual page outside CStone
all plugins are disabled except mainenance as it is a complete rebuild

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for the login, I can confirm and replicated the issue. I did some further investigation and I noticed that you are using PHP version v5.4.24 and MYSQL v5.1.55. WordPress itself requires 5.6 or greater (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/)
This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Hereโs a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I am interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope it helps, let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

kevinvanlooyParticipantOK, I’ve upgraded the PHP version on the server, apparently i can choose my version in the back-end of my hosting, so I went for php7.0
The MySql I still need to get upgraded, but i think the hostingpartner will be reluctant in this.
And as all other things and themes where working without an issue i do not immediately see an issue with the mysql.I did some further testing and issues only start when using Raw content fields, normal text fields with markup work.
From the momment I add a raw content in a section, the section gets messed up and replicates some other stuff or old data.thx for the help

kevinvanlooyParticipantcontent actually doesn’t matter I think
but in this case
<p class="man">Maandag<span class="right"><strong>17:30-21:00</strong></span><br>Dinsdag<span class="right"><strong>gesloten</strong></span><br>Woensdag<span class="right"><strong>gesloten</strong></span><br>Donderdag<span class="right"><strong>gesloten</strong></span><br>Vrijdag tot Zondag<span class="right"><strong>17:30-21:00</strong></span></p>I know us normal text fields and they work well.

ChristianModeratorHey Kevin,
I don’t see the lorem ipsum text when adding Raw Content but I get a different issue which is Raw Content duplication. Would you mind deactivating everything including your maintenance plugin?
Thanks.

kevinvanlooyParticipantChristian,
The lorem ipsum is only when i edit a demo content page.
In a new page the raw content does indeed get duplicated at random.I deactivated also the maintenance plugin now.

RadModeratorHi there,
PHP 7 has some issues with cornerstone, though I can’t confirm it yet which specific area since it’s seems so random. Would you mind downgrading it to 5.6?
I also checked and it works on other pages, do you have any dabatase or object caching? Or do you hosting has cache feature? It’s the only explanation I could think since it displays old data rather than the newly added one.
Please provide your FTP login credentials as well.
Thanks!
