Archive / changed Domain and now we can't activate the license

    We bought the X-Theme (still Version: 4.2.2) and now moved to a new domain.

    Now we want to validate the new domain – I revoked the old domain but it’s not accepting the purchase-code (and I can’t find a place to create a new API-Key)

    Hi There,

    Thanks for posting in.
    Did you try the following steps already?
    1] Please go to X Addons > Product Validation and revoke the validation
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using your new URL. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Product Validation again, and insert the license code as the API key
