instead of a share that it currently is like below:

right now i’m using a shortcode within a text box, how do i go about using that link? and including the text “Connect With Us on Social Media” within it?

You can append any text within <a></a>, or after the icon. Like this,

<a href="https://www.facebook.com/Golden-Placement-Services-177748702274924/" target="_blank">[x_icon type="facebook-square"] Connect With Us on Social Media</a>
