    On the three buttons on my page “Quote”, “Employment” and “Make a Payment”, I’m using the Modal Popup plugin for Cornerstone.

    They work great on desktop, but they don’t work at all on mobile.

    Can you help at all here?

    I added the Modal Popup plugin for Conerstone on the three buttons you see on the homepage. Make a Payment, Quote, and Employment.

    It works great on the desktop version, but on mobile it does not work at all.

    Can you help?

    When you click the button in mobile, no modal launches at all.

    Hi,

    It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin (Modal Box/Popup for Cornerstone). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
