    Hi,

    I was wondering if there is a way to make the Category widget in the sidebar have dropdowns for the parent categories that have child categories. I’m using Ethos btw. Any ideas?

    That makes the whole category list a dropdown. What I’d like to have happen is for the list to be there but when there is a parent and child category that that is in a dropdown. Is that possible?

    Hi there,

    Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
