    I would like to know how to create a carousel like the one is displayed here http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/ at the top of the page.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! That Post Slider for Blog is a feature that only available on Ethos Blog index page. You can enable it on Customizer > Ethos > Post Slider for Blog.

    For a standard page, you need to create your own slider and set that as a feature slider Below Masthead
