    Any products/posts/custom posts or anything else on the site marked as private is not accessible even when signed in. It redirects to the 404 page, which i set as the home page.

    That is the grid that loads on custom 404 pages. I removed that setting – try again now, it won’t work.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. It seems the functionality is being overwritten by a plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
