netprofit5ParticipantWe just purchased a new license for X Theme and verified it within our Themeco account and then added the domain to it for dhs.dover-nj.net. We go to our site and click “X Addons” to validate. When we paste in the Purchase Code and hit enter, we get this message:
“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
WordPress 4.5.3 running X – Child Theme theme.
XVersion: 4.6.0This is a brand new code. When we look in out Theme.co account area it shows the new Purchase Code with the correct domain linked to it (dhs.dover-nj.net). Our Themeco username is netprofit5.
This site is setup in a WordPress Multisite scenario. We are build 6 sites for a school district (a district site plus 5 sites, one for each of their schools). We will purchase a separate X Theme license for each site within the multisite install and validate each one. But we can’t even get this one site to validate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

JoaoModeratorHello There,
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope this helps.

RahulModeratorHey There,
The validation is dependent on site’s URL that is usually saved as settings. In Admin > Settings > General, you don’t have URL at all.
Please set your URLs for both WordPress and Site Address.
Then validate it again.
Hope That Helps!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing back and confirming it is indeed a multisite install.
We’ve been investigating the multisite automatic update issues, validating issue and extension install issue. Our original system was never specifically designed to work with multisite, but would often work when X was active on the main site. The problem is that when WordPress checks for updates at the network level, the theme code isn’t included. With X running on the main site, it will try to insert update information into the WordPress update cache. But that cache is volatile, and the network dashboard can clear it out – at which point because X isn’t running, the X update doesn’t appear anymore and doesn’t validate correctly, thus resulting in error messages and the unlocking of extensions not working.
Meanwhile, you can get all the bundled plugins by downloading the X package from ThemeForest downloads section.
Hope this would explain it.

clintonefreeParticipantHi, I just purchased this today but cannot validate it through WordPress. This is the message that pops up after trying to validate it: “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”
I have validated it and assigned the website through the Themeco site. I have verified my purchase through the same site.
I need some assistance please.
